Great day on the water today with Seppo from Finland. He was not used to throwing indicators and bead head Nymphs and so it took him a little while to get going, but man when he did, he slayed them. I took him into one of my Sneaky rivers and although the going was tough at first, when we did get onto them it was a fish or two a pool. The water on this little gem of a river is nothing short of breath taking. Ive been told there are trophy Browns in the head waters and that NO body gets up there. Even the chopper boys can’t fly in as it is too over grown. I am going to take Steven in there mid December for a sleep over and we will see how far we can get. Its a tricky little river and not for the feint of heart, but there were NO foot prints and heaps of trout.
Now where to take him on day two?? So many options.
