Two from the Waimarino riphi all

Just a quick report for today. All the rivers are fishing well at the moment. The good drop in barometric pressure, wind and rain that has drifted across the country has put fish into all the systems. I fished the Waimarino rip early this morning and picked up these two good fish and dropped another as well, all for 1 hours fishing.

The Waitahanui has had a run go through, start low and work your way up, both Champagne Red Dot and orange Dot Glow Bugs are working on the is river.

Like wise for the Hinemaiaia river. The Rip has been slow in the morning but good last thing at night. Lumo Flies are taking fish in this rip at the moment.

The Tauranga Taupo had a good run go through yesterday, but things were a little slower on there this morning. Get in above the rock wall and start fishing. Yesterday it was all Champagne red dot Glowies on the water.

The Tongariro apparently has fresh fish in it and still has Brown trout in abundance.

Take care on the roads if you are traveling.

I would also like to personally thank, all the supporters of Taupofishing.co.nz .We have received some great emails over the past week full of encouragement and nice words. Believe me it is a pleasure to bring these reports to you.

Regards Shane
