my innovation remains broken, but im coming to taupo for easter. do you or the lodge still hire out gear shane? or would anyone be able to reccommend me a place where i could hire a decent rod for like 4 days?

Hey Geoff_fishie, mate all the shops hire out fishing gear, normally $20.00 per day. However let me know where you are staying and I will deliver you one of my 8# innovation rods to you, no hire fee just a thanks for being supportive to my site.
