Was leaning toward a straight no, but the comment about Boof was too hard to go past - nice call Shane.

Shane I can’t believe you conceded without seeing the winning fish!!!

standard rules a prerequisite!

Why not set up a standard competition that  happens every year - i know i enjoyed the buildup to last years competition

Hey Flyfisher: The reason you can't believe it is that it isn't true!
Read very carefully what Super Shane has written. If memory serves me correct...........mmmmm......
More interested in statements of fact than namecalling and innuendo myself.
It's quite simple really if everyone is so confident in their particular patch then a rematch shouldn't be an issue (nor to find reason not too by casting aspersions on the other).
It's nice that Shane has given us all an opportunity to stir the pot as all fisherman should.
It's well known that all fishermen are liars except for you and me (and I'm not sure about us either).

C'mon guys.
A bit more stirring, outrageous claims etc is needed to build the hype for this internationally famous event.
Both teams need to be working on this and talking it up. At the moment it looks like only Shanes nemesis is doing any talking and he tells a nice story too.
Just imagine how the potential tourst feels looking up the news every day and it's the same ol thing?
You can't wear your fingers out writing, promise.
