Hi there Shane, now that you are a retailer I wonder whether you could recommend a water proof brimmed hat and a water proof wading jacket.I bought a waterproof Teflon coated hat here in Auckland from a local fishing shop but it bloody leaked badly thru the seams, which really pissed me off.My jacket is a Reddington 5000mm waterproof but begins to leak after 2 or 3 hours of solid rain.
any suggestions?or does anyone else have any suggestions?
Cheers Vern

Hey Vern,

I'll get onto it straight away tomorrow morning. We have a few brimmed hats that are leather, these can be dubbed to make water proof, however to have a totally water proof jacket that can stand 3 hours of SOLID rain, (and I know what you mean) you may have to splash out a little and spend some $'s. You need a short wading jacket as well, not just a rain coat that goes well down your waders and gets water logged when wading. I know Simms have these but you may not be impressed with the $ value. Let me see what I can do.

Shane
