Made shanes mussel and coconut sauce recipe last night and added a teaspoon of green curry paste was real nice.!!!!

try it out sometime

cheers shane.. iff u remember me telling u tht i was aspiring to be a chef in future a while bak in the last taupo tonga fish off. well i am now a apprentice chef at manuels and hav ussed that recipe a couple of time and has been well liked by all....
