Yummy!!!! I love cooking curry and this is so simple. Trout takes on flavours from all sorts of things so curry is a good choice.
you will need.
1 diced onion
4 good sized cloves of Garlic diced.
3 Tbls good curry powder.
4 cups fish stock, or chicken stock.
2 Tbls spicy fruit chutney.
1 tsp smoked Paprika.
1 250grm tub sour cream.
1 tsp Valcom Kaffir lime Leaves.
1 Good Trout diced into 2cm pieces.
. good fry pan!!!
Fry onion and Garlic in a little oil and add curry powder. Cook this out for 5 minutes on low heat then add fish or chicken stock and rest of ingrediants except fish. Bring to the boil then drop to the simmer and reduce untill it thickens. Add the trout pieces 10 minutes before serving and increase heat.
serve with rice, Naan bread and a green salad.
