This product goes brilliantly with all fish, either from the sea, or fresh water. It is made with a smoked Rock salt base and then layered with flavors from Lime, Smoked Paprika,Orange, ginger and Garlic. It will increase flavor to all dishes it is used in. This is the product I am using in my U Tube Video on smoking trout over Embers. . this Rub can be used on all Smoked Trout as a Pre Salt Rub. it is Tangy and mellow all at the same time.
